A SUSPECTED knifeman who set off a serious safety alert at Buckingham Palace traveled 280 miles to London after allegedly telling mates: “I’ve a plan to draw consideration.”
David Huber, 59, was arrested for allegedly throwing shotgun shells over the palace gates.
