A mom and her daughter had been discovered lifeless in a burger van after inhaling lethal carbon monoxide fumes, an investigation has discovered.
Leah Churchill, 50, and daughter Brooke Wanstall, 17, adorned son Tyla’s birthday van because the horror unfolded.
