A SCHOOLBOY has been charged after alleged on-line threats had been made towards a Scottish faculty.
Police launched an investigation after college students and employees on the shared St Aloysius and Chapelhall campus had been the topic of “threatening communications”.
North Lanarkshire Council mentioned that whereas the menace was deemed unfounded, it was promptly reported to police.
A neighborhood authority spokesman mentioned: “The college was made conscious of a possible menace to the protection of scholars and employees which was instantly reported to Scottish Police.”
“Though we don’t consider the menace is credible, we’re supporting Police Scotland of their investigation.
“As at all times, the protection of scholars and employees is our high precedence.”
Police have confirmed that expenses have been introduced towards a 12-year-old boy in reference to the alleged incident.
