Deadly capturing of Grammy winner by police discovered ‘moderately obligatory’

When officers went to the house, Capps opened the entrance door armed with a pistol, and Officer Kendall Coon yelled at him to indicate his arms, police stated on the time of the capturing.

Video of the capturing seems to indicate the door of the house opening and an officer may be heard yelling “Present me your arms” earlier than firing seconds later. Capps died on the scene.
