On the evening she was killed, Lee traveled house in a taxi and entered her condo constructing at roughly 4:20 a.m. Nash snuck into the constructing behind her, police stated.

The lawsuit says Lee struggled together with her attacker and screamed for assist for a minimum of 5 minutes, throughout which period her neighbors known as 911 and reported the continuing assault.
