Small aircraft crashes in Arkansas, killing sole occupant


A small aircraft crashed in Arkansas’ Fulton County, killing the only real occupant, authorities mentioned.

The aircraft crashed north of Hardy round 2 p.m. Thursday in what’s often known as the “quarry,” in line with Sharp County Sheriff Shane Russell.

Deputies responded to the scene close to Intestine Creek Bridge and located a single-engine plane, Fulton County Sheriff Jake Smith informed KAIT-TV. The one occupant died. The sufferer’s identify has not been launched.

The Federal Aviation Administration and the Nationwide Transportation Security Board will examine the reason for the crash.
